The Acer Aspire One 531 mini laptop is yet another lightweight laptop from the Acer stable with stylish looks and affordably priced. The 10.1” TFT LCD with LED backlit 1024 x 600 pixels display offers good brightness even in outdoors but could do well with anti reflective coating.

The mini laptop is powered by Intel Atom Processor N270 with 1.60 GHz clock speed, 533 MHz FSB, and 512 KB L2 cache. The 1 GB RAM is enough to run Windows 7 starter edition. 160 GB hard disk provides for secondary storage but there is no built in CD/DVD drive like in all similar small laptop models.

For external connectivity there are Wi-fi, Ethernet connection and 3 USB ports. Bluetooth is available optionally in some models. Other features of this small laptop include integrated webcam, headphone/speaker/line-out jack, microphone-in jack, VGA output, and multi card reader.
