The Acer Aspire 5742G-384G64Mnkk laptop boasts strong performance at a price that will suit most budgets. The laptop comes with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition pre-installed and the Acer FineTip keyboard and multi-gesture touchpad provide simple usability for a more relaxed computing experience.

The Aspire 5742G-384G64Mnkk will easily meet your everyday computing needs. With its integrated graphics and HD media playback it offers a rich entertainment experience at home or on the road, whilst its built in Wi-Fi will keep you in touch with friends and family. Whilst the battery life is not the best on the market you will get up to 3hrs of usage whilst you are on the move.

With its matt-black finish the Acer Aspire 5742G-384G64Mnkk is a great looking lightweight laptop and at only 2.4kg it will easily fit into your backpack. The generous 640GB hard drive is much larger than most laptops in this price range and the larger storage space will store hours of video, loads of games and all your music and documents.

ACER Aspire Timeline X 4830T is a small and ultra-thin laptop, ideal for everyday computing. Powered by an Intel Core i3-2310M processor with 2.1GHz clock speed and a generous 3GB DDR3 RAM, this light and speedy laptop has an HD 14.1″ LCD screen backed up with Intel HD Graphics 3000 to give you stunning visual performance.

The 320GB hard drive provides you with plenty of storage for pictures, music and other files and the built in DVD drive enables you to watch movies wherever you are. You also get Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3 USB ports – including an ultra-fast USB 3.0 port – but unfortunately there is no memory card reader. If you wish to output to TV then there is the choice of both HDMI output and VGA. Combined with stunning Dolby Home Theater audio and a 1.3MB webcam the laptop is a brilliant multimedia device.

For those on the move, the TimelineX 4830T allows you to charge your smartphone or other USB devices without even turning the laptop on, enabling you travel light without the need for additional power adapters. The netbook can operate for up to 9 hours on a full charge and comes with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit operating system to give you a cutting edge mobile computing experience. In summary, Acer have come up trumps once again and the Aspire Timeline X 4830T is a great value, stylish laptop with everything you need for mobile computing.
