Hewlett Packard unveiled a handful of new laptops recently through HP ProBook 5330m, Envy 14, Mini 210 and Pavilion dv4 laptops. Here is a quick look at them.

HP Pavilion dm4-1050ea laptop is sleek and sturdy and packed with features. Powered by Intel Core i5-430M 2.26 GHz processor, the lightweight laptop has brushed-Aluminium chassis. The display is 14” HD LED HP BrightView with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution.
The main memory is 3GB DDR3 RAM and hard disk has 320 GB capacity. There is SATA SuperMulti DVD±R/RW optical drive with Double Layer Support for backup storage. For external connectivity, the thin laptop has Wi-fi, Bluetooth and Gigabit Ethernet connections. Further there are 2 USB and 1 eSata/USB combo ports. It also has an integrated fingerprint reader for enhanced security.
HP G62-b26SA cheap and lightweight laptop is powered by AMD Athlon II Dual-Core Processor P340, 2.2 GHz, 1.8 GHz HT, 1MB L2 Cache. It has a main memory of 3 GB DDR3 RAM and a hard disk of 320 GB capacity. For external storage there is LightScribe SuperMulti DVD±R/RW optical drive with double layer support.
The HP G56-105SA laptop is a reasonably priced budget laptop from the HP family. Powered by AMD V Series V140 processor, 2.3 GHz, 512 KB L2 cache, this cheap laptop has 2 GB DDR3 RAM and 250 GB SAT hard drive. In addition there is also built in double layer optical DVD R/RW drive for external storage.
The G61 laptop from the HP family has all the usual features of a HP laptop and yet is priced competitively. The laptop features 15.6″ diagonal High-Definition HP BrightView widescreen display with a pixel resolution of 1366 x 768. It is powered by Intel Celeron Processor T3100 1.9 GHz 800 MHz FSB with 1 MB L2 Cache. The main memory has 3GB capacity while the hard disk, 320 GB which are ample for most day to day use.
The Pavilion DM1-1110sa Mini Laptop is yet another lightweight and compact laptop packed with features from the HP stable. Powered by Intel Celeron dual core processor SU2300 1.2 GHz 800 MHz FSB 1 MB L2 cache, this cheap laptop has 3 GB RAM (expandable up to 5 GB) and 500 GB hard disk which are above normal features found in most laptops of its class.
The 11.6” LCD TFT, 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, LED backlit screen provides clear sharp images. For additional storage, the small laptop is provided with external DVD+/-RW Double Layer Lightscribe drive. The external connectivity is taken care of by Wi-fi, Bluetooth and Ethernet connections. The Mini 110 cheap netbook from the HP family is affordably priced with all essential features for personal use. This environmental friendly netbook is housed using recyclable materials and is energy efficient. The netbook is available in 2 different configurations.
