Dell has released new upgraded version of its popular Inspiron 11z laptop with 4 different configurations to choose from with varying processor speed, main memory, hard disk capacity, battery etc. The high end configuration is reviewed here.
The new Inspiron 11z cheap Dell laptop is powered by ultra low voltage Intel Pentium SU4100 processor (1.3GHz/800MHz FSB/2MB cache). The main memory is 2GB, DDR2 RAM and the hard disk has a capacity of 250 GB. The display is 11.6” LCD Panel High Definition WLED with 1366×768 pixels resolution.

For external connectivity the cheap laptop has Wi-fi, optional Bluetooth and Ethernet LAN. The other features are 2 USB ports and one power USB, integrated microphone and 1.3 MP webcam, 3 in 1 card reader, HDMI output, and stereo speakers. The 56WHr 6 cell Lithium-Ion Battery lasts up to 6 hours under normal usage. Windows 7 Home Premium is the operating system for the laptop.
