Dell Inspiron Mini 10 is part of the Inspiron series with Mini 9 and Mini 12 preceding it. The outside dimensions of this small laptop are 10.3 x 7.2 x 1.3 in, and it weighs just 2.6lbs. It has stylish design and sturdy build. There is a wide choice of Green, Red, Pink, Black, Blue and White colours to choose from.
The lightweight laptop is powered by Intel Atom Z520 processor (1.33GHz clock speed, 533MHz FSB, 512KB cache) with a main memory of 1GB DDR2 SDRAM. The hard disk has a capacity of 160 GB, which is sufficient for day to day storing of files. The graphics is taken care of by Integrated Intel GMA 500, with 64 MB Video RAM processor.

Dell Inspiron Mini 10
The display of this small laptop is a 10.1in LCD widescreen with a pixel resolution of 1024X576 which is less than normal and is set to become the new standard for netbooks. There is no built in CD/DVD drive for this lightweight laptop but there are 3 USB ports for external drive connection.
The Dell Inspiron Mini 10 small laptop is well equipped with Integrated Ethernet, Bluetooth 2.1 and 802.11 a/g card for Wi-fi as far as external connectivity is concerned. There are also 1.3 MP Webcam and stereo speakers that provide good audio quality. A 3 cell Li-Ion battery powers the laptop which is good enough for about 3 hours of normal use. The OS is Windows XP Home edition.
To summarize, Dell Inspiron Mini 10 lightweight laptop has a good number of features for its price but there is a wide choice of other laptops available in the price range.

This is a great brand but this Laptop is not a great idea.
Bad power and like the person said: no option to upgrade RAM.

I’m considering buying one, but off the record, even though there is no option to upgrade the RAM from 1Gb from Dell, it *can* be upgraded to 2Gb. If you call Dell, they will say it only supports 1Gb but they lie. You can buy the 2Gb memory chip from off the web, open it up and upgrade it yourself, but Dell will not support it.
