Dell Studio 17" laptop
Dell has brought the user friendly touch screen capability into the laptop market with the introduction of Dell Studio 17” series laptops. Featuring the latest Intel Core processors, the laptop has four configurations to choose from with varying processor, main memory, hard disk capacity etc. and costing between £499 and £699 (inc. VAT) to suit wide consumer tastes and pockets. The full High Definition display brings videos to life with amazing clarity. The audio is excellent with JBL sound card and optional SRS Premium sound audio.
The laptop is provided with user friendly touch screen and optional multi touch display. With the latter, one can grab, pinch, flick, span, zoom or rotate images instead of only clicking and up to 4 users can simultaneously operate on the screen. Even the 2 MP HD webcam is touch enabled. The optional Blu-ray Disc drive stores lot more videos than conventional DVD drive. The 17.3” 16:9 HD+ (1600 x 900 pixels) display is standard while the Full HD (1920 x 1800 pixels) B+RG LED optional display creates TV like feeling while watching movies. You can further increase the processor speed with the Intel Core i7 Quad core processor for that ultra fast gaming. New features like Intel Hyperthreading technology and Intel turbo boost technology built into the laptop allow users to work on 2 tasks at the same time and automatically increase the processing speed whenever required.
All in all with the Dell Studio 17” touch screen laptop and smaller 13” and 11” expected to follow soon, laptop lovers are in for a real treat.
