Samsung Electronics, the Korean electronics giant, has introduced a series of ultra thin netbooks in the X series: X120, X420 and X520. These are powered by the latest CULV (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) Intel chips. These lightweight laptops consume measly power giving long battery life.
The Samsung X120 lightweight laptop features an Intel Pentium Processor ULV SU4100 (1.30GHz, 800MHz FSB, 1MB cache), Intel GS40 chipset and Intel 4500M graphics. The laptop is compact with dimensions of 11.7″ x 8.2″ x 1.0″ and weighs only 3.0 lbs. The 2GB DDR3 RAM can easily accommodate Windows Vista Premium or the new Windows 7 operating system.

The 11.6″ LED display supports 16:9 aspect ratio eliminates the black band around screen’s perimeter and makes it comfortable to watch videos and play games.
